WA Broadcast

Broadcast on WhatsApp.
Keep your number.

Most bulk-messaging tools will happily let a brand-new number send five hundred messages on its first day. That is the fastest way to lose it. Pingly paces sending against the age of the number, and blocks campaigns entirely until it has earned them.

Built-in, not an add-on

The warm-up ramp, in full

WhatsApp does not publish its limits, so most tools guess or ignore the problem. These are the caps Pingly actually enforces, counted from the day a number first connects.

Number ageBulk capWhat it means
Days 0–4Chats onlyBulk sending is blocked outright. Two-way conversation is what builds the number’s reputation.
Days 5–715 / dayCampaigns unlock, deliberately small.
Days 8–1440 / dayEarly ramp.
Days 15–21100 / dayBuilding.
Days 22–30250 / dayBuilding.
Days 31–60500 / dayEstablished.
Day 60+1,000 / dayMature number.

Four pacing levels — off, safe, balanced and fast — scale these caps and vary the gap between messages, including occasional longer pauses, so a campaign does not send with machine regularity.

Four ways to reach people

Broadcast campaigns

Upload a list or pick a segment, choose which of your numbers sends it, and schedule it. Delivery, read and failure counts come back per contact.

Group broadcasts

Post to many WhatsApp groups at once instead of opening each one. Useful for dealer networks, society notices and class batches.

Drip sequences

Multi-step follow-ups that send themselves on a schedule and respect your business hours, so nothing lands at 2am.

WhatsApp Status

Post Status updates — the Stories strip — from Pingly, and read the ones your contacts post, without picking up the phone.

Send from your own number, or the official API

WhatsApp Direct links a number by QR, the same way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API, no approval wait, no per-message fee. It is the right choice for smaller lists and for testing whether broadcasting works for your business at all.

For higher volume, connect your own Meta Cloud API account and Meta bills you directly at their published rates, with no reseller markup in between. Both run in the same inbox, and a campaign can pick which number sends it.

Start with one number and a small list

The warm-up ramp means your first campaign is deliberately small. That is the point — a number that survives its first month is worth more than one that sends 500 messages and gets blocked.
