Pingly for Restaurants

The phone rings
during service.

A table for four, do you have parking, are you open on Monday — asked at exactly the moment nobody can answer. Pingly takes bookings from a link and answers the repeat questions itself, so the floor stays on the floor.

Worth knowing before you read on

Pingly is not an online ordering system and does not handle menus, carts or payments for food orders. It handles bookings, enquiries and staying in touch with regulars. If what you need is delivery ordering, an ordering platform is the right tool and this is not it.

Table bookings without the phone

Your restaurant gets a public booking page — sittings, hours, timezone, whatever slots you actually run. Put the link in your WhatsApp reply, your Instagram bio and on the table card, and bookings arrive without interrupting service. Each one comes with the conversation, so a birthday note or a high-chair request is not lost.

The five questions you answer every day

Timings, address, parking, whether you take large groups, whether the kitchen is pure veg. The AI agent answers those from your own content and passes anything unusual to a person, with the thread intact.

Regulars are cheaper than new customers

The people who have already eaten with you are the list worth having. A new menu, a festival sitting, a Sunday brunch — sent as an approved template to people who chose to hear from you, with opt-out respected on every send.

That last part is not politeness. On WhatsApp, people who feel spammed report the number, and your quality rating decides how much you can send at all. A smaller list that wants to hear from you is worth more than a big one that does not.

Put the booking link out for a week

One link, on the table card and in your bio. If bookings arrive without the phone ringing during service, you have your answer.
