What Enterprise actually means here

Most “enterprise” tiers are the same product with the limits removed and a higher price. Some of that is true here too, and the rest is below — including the parts we cannot do, because you will find those out anyway and it is cheaper for both of us if you find them out now.

Unlimited, and what that covers

Team members, contacts, messages and campaigns carry no plan cap. The practical ceiling moves to WhatsApp itself: on the official Cloud API your messaging limit is set by Meta per business portfolio, starting at 250 unique recipients in 24 hours and scaling to unlimited as your quality and volume justify it. We cannot raise that for you, and no vendor can — the detail is in WhatsApp message limits.

White label and a custom domain are included, so the product your team signs into carries your name rather than ours.

Who can see what

Roles alone were not enough for the teams using this, so access is granted per person and per screen: Inbox, Sales, Tickets, Group Leads and Group Broadcast are each switched on individually from Settings, on top of the Admin, Manager, Agent and Support roles. An agent can be given the inbox without the sales pipeline, or tickets without either. Owners always keep full access — the system refuses to store a grant that would lock an administrator out of their own account.

Several numbers, several brands

A workspace can hold as many WhatsApp numbers as you need, mixed across connection types — your own Meta Cloud API account, a BSP such as Gupshup, or an existing number paired by QR code. Each number can answer with its own AI persona and its own routing rules, which is how one team runs several brands without separate logins. Conversations carry SLA timers and assignment rules, and every number’s health is visible in one place.

How your data is handled

Stored provider credentials — your WhatsApp and AI provider keys — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM rather than kept as plain text in a column. Billing and subscription actions are written to an audit log. Policy acceptances are recorded with a hash of the exact wording that was agreed, so a consent record can be verified later rather than merely asserted.

If your procurement process needs a security questionnaire completed, send it with your enquiry and we will answer it directly rather than pointing you at a certification badge.

Procurement and billing

Purchase orders and offline invoicing are supported, with net 30, 45 or 60 day terms. Indian invoices carry GST and the full seller and buyer details your finance team needs. Payment is by bank transfer against invoice, or online if you prefer. Enterprise pricing is quoted against your actual requirement rather than published, which is why there is a form rather than a number.

Moving an existing team across

Contacts import from CSV, and a number paired by QR brings its existing chat history with it. A number already on the Cloud API moves by connecting the same WhatsApp Business account, so your customers see no change and your history on Meta’s side is untouched. Teams usually run one number in parallel for a week before moving the rest.

Where we are a poor fit

If you need a published uptime SLA backed by service credits, an ISO or SOC 2 report, or a contractual commitment about which country your data sits in, say so in your first message. We would rather tell you no in week one than in month six.

If you need voice as well as messaging, inbound WhatsApp calls can be answered in the browser or routed to your own PBX or SIP trunk — but Pingly has no AI voice agent that talks to callers, and we will not pretend otherwise.
