Pingly for Real Estate

The enquiry came at 10pm.
Who followed up?

Portal leads, hoarding numbers and referrals all land in the same place — WhatsApp, on somebody's phone. Pingly gives that number a shared inbox, turns each enquiry into a buyer with a stage and an owner, and books the site visit without a phone call.

A site visit booked in the chat, not over three calls

The deal moves when the buyer stands in the flat. Pingly gives your workspace a public booking page — your visit types, your working hours, your timezone — and you send its link straight into the conversation. The buyer picks a slot themselves, and it lands on your team's calendar with the chat attached, so whoever meets them has already read what they asked for.

No app for them to install and no form to fill in: it is a link in a WhatsApp thread they were already in.

Every enquiry becomes a buyer you can work

A property enquiry is not one conversation, it is six months of them. Each buyer carries the requirement they stated, a budget if they mentioned one, a priority and an owner — and moves through six stages your sales meeting can be run from.

StageFor a property sale
NewThe enquiry arrived. Nobody has spoken to them yet.
ContactedAn agent replied and the conversation is open.
QualifiedBudget, configuration and possession timeline are known.
ProposalA unit is shortlisted, or a price is on the table.
WonBooked.
LostClosed, with the reason kept — bought elsewhere, budget, timing.

When the bot recognises buying intent in a chat it opens the lead itself and fills in what the buyer actually said — configuration, budget, area — so an enquiry that arrived while everyone was asleep is already a record in the morning.

One number your whole team answers

Most agencies run on one WhatsApp number and one handset, which means one person is the bottleneck and nobody else can see what was promised. Pingly puts that number in a shared inbox: conversations are assigned to an agent, the history stays with the buyer rather than the phone, and an agent who leaves does not take the pipeline with them.

Broker and society groups, watched for the phrases you choose

A great deal of property business happens in WhatsApp groups — broker groups, society groups, project groups — and it is invisible to most tools, because the WhatsApp Cloud API cannot read group messages at all. Pingly's WhatsApp Direct connection can, so it watches the groups you are already in for the terms you define: a configuration, a locality, “looking for 3BHK in”.

Two rules we built in on purpose

  • Nothing is scanned until you write a rule. There is no blanket-scan default. Group members never agreed to be profiled, so scanning starts only where an admin has explicitly asked for it.
  • A match becomes a signal, never a lead. A person reviews it and promotes it. That promotion is the point at which there is a lawful basis to treat someone as a prospect — India's DPDP Act is the reason, and it is a line worth keeping even where nobody is checking.

Most buyers are not lost. They are early.

A buyer who is nine months from possession is not a dead lead, but they will be if the only follow-up is an agent remembering. Drip sequences keep a thread going on a schedule you set — a new launch, a price revision, a construction update — and stop the moment the buyer replies, so a real conversation is never talked over by an automated one.

Run one week of enquiries through it

Connect the number your enquiries already arrive on and let a week of real ones run through. How much pipeline builds itself is the only honest test of whether this helps.
