Looking at WAPlus?
Two things decide it.

Both give your team a way to work WhatsApp properly instead of passing a phone around. They differ on where the software actually runs, and on whether each extra team member adds to the bill. Here is what each one publishes.

1. Where does the software run?

This is the real fork in the road, and it decides more than any feature list.

Pingly

Runs on our servers. Your numbers stay connected and messages keep arriving whether or not anyone has a browser open, and the inbox is the same whether your team is on a laptop, a phone or both.

Nothing to install. A new colleague signs in and starts answering.

WAPlus

Describes itself as “a WhatsApp CRM built into WhatsApp Web”, installed as a Chrome extension. The CRM features appear inside the WhatsApp Web interface you already use.

It also syncs contacts with HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho.

Neither is the right answer for everyone. Working inside WhatsApp Web means no new interface to learn, which suits a small team already living there. A hosted platform suits a team that wants the number answered on a rota, on any device, without each person setting up their own browser.

2. Does adding a team member cost more?

Over a year this is usually the bigger number, because teams grow and message volume often does not.

Pingly

Users are included in the plan. There is no per-seat charge.

  • Starter₹999/mo · 2 users
  • Pro₹2,999/mo · 10 users
  • Business₹7,999/mo · 30 users

WAPlus

Publishes its paid plans priced per user, per month, with the plan page asking how many users you are paying for. There is also a free tier.

We have deliberately not reproduced their figures here — see the note at the foot of this page.

A ten-person team is the clearest case. On Pingly’s Pro plan those ten are included in the subscription. Under per-user pricing, the tenth person costs the same as the first, every month.

Three ways to connect a number

Scan a QR code to use a number you already own, the way WhatsApp Web does — no Business API application and no approval wait. Or connect your own Meta Cloud API account, in which case Meta bills you directly at their published rates and Pingly charges only its subscription. Or keep an existing BSP if you already have one.

All three run side by side in the same inbox, and a campaign picks which number sends it. The WhatsApp Business Account stays in your name, so it moves with you.

About these figures

The WAPlus description and billing model above were read from WAPlus’s own site in September 2026 waplus.io and waplus.io/pricing . We have not reproduced their plan prices: the page shows a promotional figure beside a higher “regular” one and the included-seat counts do not appear in the page text, so anything quoted here would be a guess that also went stale. Pricing and packaging change — please check their current terms before deciding. Pingly’s own prices are on our pricing page. WAPlus is a trademark of its respective owner; this comparison is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Try it before you move anything

Connect one number, add a colleague, and run a small campaign. That tells you more than any comparison table, including this one.
