Pingly for Clinics
The front desk is
always on the phone.
Booking, rescheduling, timings, directions, “is doctor in today” — the same questions, all day, while patients wait at the counter. Pingly moves them to WhatsApp so the desk answers when it can, and reminders go out whether anyone remembers or not.
What this is not for
Pingly is a scheduling and communication tool, not a clinical system. It is not a place to send reports, diagnoses, prescriptions or anything else that identifies a person's health condition. Health data is sensitive personal data under India's DPDP Act, WhatsApp is not designed as a clinical channel, and Pingly holds no healthcare-specific certification. Use it for appointments, reminders and front-desk questions — and keep clinical information in the system built for it.
Patients book their own slot
Your clinic gets a public booking page — your consultation types, your hours, your timezone. Share the link once, in a WhatsApp reply or on your card, and the patient picks a slot without anyone picking up the phone. It lands on the practice calendar with the conversation attached.
Reminders, because no-shows are the real cost
An empty slot is revenue that cannot be recovered later in the day. Appointment reminders go out as approved templates, which means they arrive even outside the 24-hour window, and a patient who replies to reschedule lands in the same inbox rather than a voicemail.
A reminder need say no more than a time and a place. It does not need to name a department or a procedure, and it should not.
The questions that never needed a person
Timings, address, parking, which doctor is in, what to bring. The AI agent answers those from your own content and hands over to the desk the moment a question is outside what it was given — with the conversation history intact, so the patient does not start again.
Access is granted per person, so reception staff see the inbox without being given the rest of the workspace.
Start with reminders
One template, sent the day before. If next week's no-shows fall, the booking page is the next thing worth turning on.
