Official WhatsApp Cloud API · Your own Meta account

Own your WhatsApp API. Pay Meta, not a reseller.

Connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business Account to Pingly. Meta bills you at their own rates with no markup in between — and you get the inbox, AI bot, templates and campaigns on top.

The same WhatsApp API. A different bill.

Every BSP resells Meta's API. Going direct removes the middle layer, not the features — the approvals, the 24-hour rule and the delivery receipts are Meta's either way.

Prefer to stay on a BSP? Pingly supports Gupshup too — and personal WhatsApp by QR with no API account at all. The choice is per workspace and can be changed at any time.

What comes with it

Bring your own WABA

Enter your WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, access token and app secret. A built-in check verifies the whole configuration before you go live — including the app-to-WABA subscription that Meta's own dashboard never shows you.

No markup on messages

Meta charges your account at their own per-message rates. Pingly charges for the software, not for each message you send — so your messaging bill does not grow with our margin.

Templates without the console

Create and submit templates from Pingly, including media headers. Approvals and rejections arrive the moment Meta decides, so you are not refreshing a dashboard waiting to launch a campaign.

Switch without losing anything

Already on a BSP? Moving is one setting. Conversations, contacts and history stay exactly where they are, and templates already approved in your Meta account are imported rather than resubmitted.

Keep WhatsApp on your phone

Connect the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app instead of giving it up. Your team answers from Pingly, you carry on replying from your phone, and messages sent either way appear in both. Your last six months of chats come across when you connect. Two things change, both WhatsApp’s rules rather than ours: group chats, calls, catalog, orders, status, quick replies, labels and your business profile keep working on your phone but are not shared with Pingly; and disappearing messages, view-once messages, live location and broadcast lists are switched off on your phone. Connecting unlinks your linked devices — re-link them afterwards — and WhatsApp for Windows and WearOS are not supported. Sending is capped at 20 messages per second.

About 15 minutes, once

Meta spreads the values you need across three different consoles, and two of the required steps are invisible in their dashboard. Pingly walks you through each one and then checks the result, so you find out you are configured correctly before your first customer does.

01

Create a Meta app

A Business-type app at developers.facebook.com with the WhatsApp product added. Meta gives you a free test number to trial everything before touching a real one.

02

Collect four values

WABA ID and Phone Number ID from API Setup, a permanent System User token, and your app secret. The in-app guide gives the exact click path for each.

03

Paste and check

Enter them in Settings and press Check my setup. It verifies the credentials, the number-to-account pairing, the webhook, and the app subscription — and tells you exactly what is wrong if anything is.

04

Go live

Switch the active provider to Meta. Your inbox, AI bot, campaigns and templates all run on your own account from that moment.
