Pingly for Ecommerce
“Where is my order?”
asked a hundred times a day.
Order confirmations, dispatch updates, COD checks and returns — all on the one channel your customer actually opens. Pingly runs them inside Meta's rules, so the number that carries your revenue does not get restricted.
The rule that decides everything: the 24-hour window
Once a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. Outside that window, every message must be an approved template. This is not a Pingly limit, it is how WhatsApp works — and it is the single thing most ecommerce teams discover the hard way, usually after a campaign is blocked or a number is rate-limited.
Pingly is built around it rather than against it. Templates are created and submitted from inside the app, their approval status comes back automatically through Meta's webhook, and a template that has not been approved cannot be sent by accident.
Order events, sent from your own systems
Your shop already knows when an order is placed, packed and dispatched. Pingly exposes an API and outbound webhooks, so those events become WhatsApp messages without anyone copying an order number into a chat window. Delivery status comes back per message, so a failed send is visible rather than assumed.
COD confirmation is the one that pays for itself. A template that asks the customer to confirm before dispatch turns a silent return into a reply, and the reply lands in the same inbox as everything else.
Support that does not need a person for every message
Most inbound messages are the same handful of questions. The AI agent answers from your own content, and hands over to a human the moment it is out of its depth — the conversation moves to an agent with the full history attached, rather than starting again. Anything that needs tracking becomes a ticket with an owner and a status.
Bringing people back, without becoming the brand that spams
Marketing templates work until they annoy people, and on WhatsApp annoyed people do not unsubscribe quietly — they report you, and quality rating is what decides how many messages you may send tomorrow. Pingly keeps opt-out state per contact and respects it on every campaign, because protecting the number is worth more than one more send.
Start with order updates
One template, one event, one week. If dispatch updates cut your “where is my order” volume, the rest is worth building.
