Pingly for Education

Admissions season is
six weeks of chaos.

Every enquiry is a family deciding where a year of their life goes, and most of them ask on WhatsApp. Pingly gives each one a counsellor, a stage and a next step, so the ones who went quiet are a list you can work rather than a number nobody knows.

Every enquiry gets a counsellor, not a queue

During a rush the failure is never that nobody replied — it is that three people replied to one family and nobody replied to another. In a shared inbox each conversation is assigned to a counsellor, and everyone can see who owns what before they start typing.

Counsellors see only what they should. Access to the inbox, to leads and to reporting is granted per person, so a part-time counsellor hired for the season is not handed the whole database.

Campus visits and counselling slots, booked in the chat

Your workspace gets a public booking page with your own visit types, working hours and timezone. Send the link into the conversation and the family picks a slot themselves — no phone tag, and the counsellor who meets them has the whole thread in front of them.

The gap between the enquiry and the decision

A family that enquires in January may decide in April. Drip sequences keep a thread alive across that gap — a results announcement, a scholarship deadline, an open day — and stop the moment someone replies, so a parent with a real question is never talked over by an automated message.

Fee reminders, exam schedules and results notices work the same way for students already enrolled, using approved templates so they arrive even outside the 24-hour window.

A word about student data

Enquiries often involve minors, and India's DPDP Act treats a child's personal data as needing a parent's consent. Pingly keeps opt-out state per contact and respects it on every campaign, and conversation history stays inside your workspace — but the lawful basis for contacting a family is yours to establish, and no tool can do that part for you.

Set it up before the season, not during

Connect the number your enquiries already arrive on and run a quiet month through it first. The rush is a bad time to learn a new tool.
